What it does

• Client book for up to 150 clients. Contact details, allergies and dietary needs, kitchen notes, and how they found you. It adds up each client's lifetime revenue, last event and balance owed.
• Follow-up flag on any client you haven't cooked for in 60 days. You can change the 60.
• Invoice log for up to 200 invoices. Type what's been paid and each one shows as Paid, Partial, Open or Overdue, with the days overdue.
• Printable invoice. Pick an invoice number and the page fills in up to 12 line items along with the client, event, tax, payments and balance due. Print it or save it as a PDF.
• Lead pipeline for up to 100 inquiries, by stage. A lead with no next step, or a next step that's past due, gets flagged.
• Dashboard with money invoiced by month, what's outstanding, what's overdue, and your top five clients.

Who it's for

Private and personal chefs who send fewer than a few hundred invoices a year and don't want another monthly subscription.
